By means of an FTP program data can be transferred to an FTP server via the FTP protocol. 

You can see and edit your FTP username and password in the customer center.

To do so log in to the customer center and select the desired contract.  You can see your FTP settings and change your password under FTP-Accounts. You can create further FTP accounts here also.
