In case you don't need the Greylisting function for your E-mail account and you want to disable it, please proceed as follows:

1. Log in to the customer panel with your customer ID or E-mail address and your password.
2. Choose your contract at the menu item „Contracts“.
3. Choose the menu item "Aliases/Addresses".
4. Delete the E-mail address, for which you want to have greylisting disabled.
5. Create the E-mail address again and deselect the greylisting function.
