To remove a co-domain of your contract, please write an informal apply for a cancellation (with immediate effect) and send it by fax or post to EUserv Internet.

Please provide the following information in your application of cancellation (with immediate effect):

- Customer-ID of the domainowner

- First and last name of the domainowner

- Full address of the domainowner

- Contract-number of the corresponding domain

- Domainname

- Explicit cancellation order and the cancellation date

  (I hereby authorize the cancellation of the domain xxxxx.xx with immediate effect.)

- Location , time and signature of the domainowner

  (for companies a corresponding stamp is also required)

The processing time until completion of the cancellation may demand 2 till 4 weeks.
