The graphical statistics for your website will be created with the software "Webalizer". If this feature is included in your Webhosting plan, you will find the graphical log files under the following link:

http://<yourdomain.xy>/statistics/

The statistics are secured with a username and password. Please use the username and password of the FTP main account.

Please note:

• The usage statistics will be created only once in the early-morning hours.
• If you have activated "No-Logfile" mode, statistics cannot be created.
• Changing the statistics directory is not possible.
• If the password of the FTP primary user has changed, the new password for statistics access will be activated 24 h later.
• If the Webhosting plan has been arranged recently, the first statistics will be available after 24 - 48 h.
